David Kolstad NP,  graduated from Northern Arizona University with his bachelors in Nursing. He spent ten years working as a nurse in the emergency department In 2021, he graduated from Grand Canyon University with his Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner. David has worked for multiple emergency rooms across the valley. He recently joined the faculty at United States University as part of the adjunct clinical immersion staff.

David lives in Mesa with his wife and three teenage children. As a family they enjoy traveling, camping and spending time outdoors. He also is an active volunteer with the youth groups at his church.
